01In one line
One tiny knight. A thousand skeletons. Fifteen minutes to dawn. HORDE is a browser survival game on Solana where everyone fights the same night on the same seed, and, once staked play ships, the better verified run takes 95% of the pot.

03What the game is
HORDE drops a single torch-carrying knight into one night and sends a thousand skeletons at them. Dawn arrives fifteen minutes in and does not save you: the sky turns gold, holds for a breath, and goes out. What follows cannot be survived, and your score is simply how long you held. You move, you dash, you pick an upgrade every time you level, and you try to still be standing when dawn breaks, through named surges that escalate the pressure, telegraphed bone eruptions, dawn shrines you have to stand still to charge, and a Colossus that arrives at minute fourteen when your build is either finished or it is not. It opens in a browser tab and you are playing within seconds.
The competitive idea underneath is that everyone plays the same night. A single daily seed, derived from the UTC date, drives four separate deterministic random streams, so wave timing and environment land at the same second for every player on that seed. Two people can fight identical conditions and compare the only variable left, which is how well they fought. The intended endgame is staked duels settled by re-simulating each run from its seed and its recorded input log, a wager decided by arithmetic rather than by trust. That verification service is not live yet, and the project says so throughout its own interface.
04Key features
PLAY IN FIVE SECONDS
A link, not a launcher. No install, no account, no email, no wallet. Works on a phone with a virtual joystick.
THE SAME NIGHT FOR EVERYONE
A daily seed derived from the UTC date, published by a public endpoint, driving five independent random streams.
FIFTEEN WEAPONS, COMPOUNDING BUILDS
Fifteen weapons you can draft plus the sword you start with, and six of them evolve when their line is fully levelled. Several are deliberately weak somewhere: the culling bell finishes anything already dying anywhere on the field and does nothing at all to an elite, and the tether is worthless in the open and brutal dragged through a crowd. Three cards per level, pick one, reroll or banish.
DASH AND DAWNBURST
A dash with invulnerability frames on a short cooldown, and a kill-charged ultimate that clears the screen when the surge finally overruns you.
ESCALATING NIGHT
Named surges from THE TIDE RISES to THE LAST BELL, bone eruptions, dawn shrines, and a Colossus boss at minute fourteen.
REPLAY SUBSTRATE
A fixed 60 Hz simulation and a delta-encoded input log of every movement, dash, ultimate and draft pick, the groundwork for verified wagers.
GHOST CHALLENGES
Send your exact night as a link. Your rival fights the seed you died on and finds out whether they would have done better.
PUBLISHED ECONOMICS
95% of a pot to the winner; a 5% rake split 2% stakers, 2% treasury, 1% burned. Planned, published, and not yet live.
05What is not live yet
Please do not print these as shipped, they are not.
- The $HORDE token does not exist yet. There is nothing to buy and no mint address to quote.
- Staked duels are not live. The stake screen in the game is a preview and moves no funds.
- No prize pool and no custody wallet exist. Nothing has been paid to anyone.
- The ladder is unverified. Scores are client-reported; the API returns
verified: false. - Server-side replay verification is a design, not a service. Input logs never leave the browser today.
- There has been no third-party audit. Internal adversarial review only.
06Artwork
All of these are live files under site/assets/ in the project repository, served from

legs of the landing page rather than the subject in frame, so each card is captioned with what it actually shows.

07Using the assets
- Free to use in editorial coverage, reviews, videos and social posts about HORDE.
- Crop and scale as you need. Do not repaint, restyle or composite the art in a way that changes what it depicts.
- Do not use the HORDE name, logo or artwork as your own branding, or in a way that implies we endorse, run or vouch for something we do not.
- Do not use the assets to promote a token sale, a giveaway or a wagering service that is not ours. There is no official token yet, and anything claiming otherwise is a scam using our art.
- Need something that is not here, a specific screenshot, a clean logo lockup, a higher-resolution capture? Ask.
08Boilerplate
HORDE is a browser survival game built on Solana. A single knight holds a torch against fifteen minutes of skeletons, and every player fights the same night on the same daily seed. The project’s aim is a wager settled by arithmetic rather than trust: a fixed-step deterministic simulation and a complete input log mean any run can be re-simulated and checked. HORDE is pre-launch, the game is free and playable today, while staked duels, the $HORDE token and server-side replay verification are not yet live.
